Sarah Kay -- The Paper Shelter

Do you call this Imitation or Inspiration?  Feel free to discuss.

UPDATE: The Paper Shelter has quickly removed the two images based on Sarah Kay's designs from their shop.  We at Stamp Out applaud The Paper Shelter for accepting responsibility for the similarities in the two images, and thereby respecting the original artist's copyright. :)

Sale of stamped images

This seller is selling illegal stamped images. After sending her a warning, she refuses to remove the advertisement. This shows of no respect for the artists at all and she is trying to earn some money from "stolen" goods.

Kelley's Kids

This person got a warning months ago and now is back at it again.  She was warned again a couple days ago to take down these images right away and they are still there.

Look -- she's ripped the head of "Ben" from Mo's Digital Pencil

and has cut and pasted it onto a traced photo body as the header for her shop.  She has many, many violations on her site, (including trademarked art like Strawberry Shortcake.)  How many artists can you find that she has ripped off?

"Stealing" a Magnolia Collection

How about this one?  She's not only asking for stamped images, but she only needs one of each because she plans to scan them into the computer.  Obviously, this woman loves Magnolia -- so much that she's willing to steal their stamps in order to have them all.  THIS is why companies fail.
